Non Refundable Deposits
All deposits are strictly non refundable. In special circumstances deposits may be transferred on to another available bird. Deposit transfers are up to our discretion and decided on a case by case basis.
Our deposits are a portion of the overall total price your bird. For example; the bird you are purchasing costs $500.00 with a $200.00 deposit to hold until weaned. This means you must pay $200.00 (deposit amount) now to reserve your baby bird and $300.00 remains due at the time of pick up/delivery.
Deposits are for reserving baby birds only. Payment in full is due at the time of services rendered or upon online checkout.
Returns
Due to the nature of our business ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a bird or bird product leaves our possession/care we can no longer accept a return or exchange. No Refunds. No exceptions.
All products we sell are hand crafted by us and inspected for defects, blemishes, or safety issues prior to being listed for sale to guarantee the quality, craftsmanship, and satisfaction. If we would not immediately provide it to our flocks, we will not sell it here.
We regularly disease test our flocks and our birds get annual wellness exams from a licensed avian specialist to ensure we are providing happy and healthy babies. If you feel you need an extra layer of health protection and peace of mind for your new baby, we would be more than happy to conduct disease testing and/or vetting at YOUR expense prior to pick up/delivery.
We stand behind our products and our birds. We are always here to give advice and support on your new friend for as long as you own them. We strongly encourage all our customers to research their desired species specifically and if they have any concerns or questions to please contact us prior to placing a deposit. We want you and our baby birds to have a smooth and positive transition into their new homes and the only way to achieve this is thru education and awareness.
